Orders
An order is confirmed once we have called you and received the advance shown at checkout. We may decline an order we cannot make, and will refund any advance in full if we do.
Prices
Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include the making of your bag. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
Handmade variation
Every piece is made by hand from natural leather. Small differences in grain, colour and finish are part of the material and are not defects.
Lead times
Lead times are our best estimate. If a delay happens we will tell you, and you may cancel and receive your advance back.
