- Inside Dhaka: 1–2 days after your bag is finished
- Outside Dhaka: 2–4 days by courier
Lead time for making is shown on each product and counts from the day your advance is received.
Delivery charges
Charges for inside and outside Dhaka are shown in your bag and at checkout. Orders over the free delivery amount ship free.
Returns
Because every bag is made for you, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Our workmanship promise
If anything is wrong with the stitching, hardware or finish, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will repair or remake the piece at no cost to you.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge before we confirm your order by phone. After cutting has started the advance cannot be refunded, because the leather has already been cut for you.
