1. Choose your bag
Pick a piece and a colour, and add it to your bag. The lead time and the advance are shown on every product page.
2. Pay the advance
At checkout, send the advance by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer and write the transaction ID. The total and the amount due on delivery are shown before you place the order.
3. We call to confirm
We call every customer within a few working hours to confirm the colour, details and delivery address. Nothing is cut until then.
4. We make it
Your bag is cut, stitched, burnished and checked. You can follow its progress any time on the order tracking page.
5. We deliver
The courier picks it up the day it is finished. You pay the remaining balance on delivery.
