How does pre-order work?
Choose your bag, pay the advance shown at checkout, and we call you to confirm. We then make your bag and deliver it, and you pay the rest on delivery. Read the full steps.
How long will my bag take?
Each product shows its own lead time, usually 7 to 18 working days from the day your advance is received. Pieces marked ready to ship go out within 1 to 2 days.
How much is the advance?
The advance is set per product and shown on its page and at checkout. The remaining balance is paid in cash on delivery.
Which payment methods do you accept?
bKash, Nagad and bank transfer for the advance, and cash on delivery for the balance.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes, we deliver nationwide by courier. Delivery outside Dhaka takes 2 to 4 days after your bag is finished.
Can I return or exchange a bag?
Because every bag is made for you we cannot take change-of-mind returns. If there is a problem with the workmanship, tell us within 7 days and we will repair or remake it.
Can I choose a different colour?
Most pieces come in the colours listed on the product page. For anything else, message us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking page with your order number and the phone number you ordered with.
